Selections may change based on availability and seasonality, but we always aim to provide a great variety of high-quality meats.

If a selection is unavailable, you can choose another option. We update our inventory frequently and work to restock popular selections as quickly as possible.

You can manage your subscription in two ways:

Log into your Shopify account: Click "Manage Subscription" to update your selections. If you haven’t created an account, you can sign up using the same email you used for your purchase.

Use the link in your email: Every subscription order confirmation includes a "Manage Subscription" button for quick access.

Yes! In the Manage Subscription portal, you’ll see a “Swap Product” option next to each selection, allowing you to replace a selection before your next billing cycle.

Yes! You can add up to 40 selections or remove some, as long as you meet the 10-selection minimum. Your total will adjust accordingly.

Yes! If you need your meats sooner, select "Order Now" in your subscription portal to place an extra order. This is billed separately, and your next scheduled renewal will remain unchanged unless you choose to skip it.

Yes! You can skip an upcoming order in your subscription portal without canceling your subscription.

The Meat Up Points program rewards you for subscribing, renewing, and referring friends. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

You can apply points toward future subscription orders or use them to donate to food banks through the Meat Up Rewards section of your account.

Points do not expire as long as you have an active subscription. If you cancel, unused points may be lost.

We currently ship to Connecticut (CT), New York (NY), Massachusetts (MA), and Rhode Island (RI).

We ship all orders on Mondays via FedEx Residential Delivery, ensuring your meats arrive frozen and right to your doorstep

Each order is shipped in an insulated box with ice packs to keep your selections frozen during transit.

Our packaging is designed to keep your meats frozen for up to 3 days during transit. However, once delivered, we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible. If you are worried about being unavailable, consider using a work address or an alternate delivery location.

Yes, you can cancel anytime before your next renewal in the Manage Subscription portal. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled or refunded.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us, and we’ll make it right.

All of our beef and pork are raised at Howling Flats Farm, where we uphold the highest standards of animal welfare and sustainability. Our poultry is sourced from a trusted supplier that aligns with our commitment to ethical and responsible farming. We also offer high-quality seafood, and we're working on expanding our selection to bring you even more premium proteins in the future.

While not all selections are certified organic, our beef is grass-fed and pasture-raised, and our pork and poultry are raised without antibiotics or added hormones. We prioritize natural, sustainable farming over labels.
