This week, I’m doing something a little different.

No long story from the farm. No thoughts on longevity. No recipe.

Just one quick question:

Have you ever tried our pasture-raised pork?

I’m curious how many of you have tried it and if you feel like sharing a little more, what cut you had and what you thought.

Our hogs are raised outdoors with room to root, forage, and behave naturally. It’s part of the same commitment we bring to everything we raise here at Howling Flats Farm. Humane animal care, regenerative agriculture, and thoughtfully raised food we’re proud to put on our own table.
