The beef
How do you maintain product quality?
We follow careful raising and handling standards, then blast-freeze, vacuum-seal, and package products to protect freshness.
Is your beef organic?
We are not certified organic. We follow many responsible farming principles and never feed our animals antibiotics or added growth hormones.
What cuts do you offer?
Availability changes as we use the whole animal. The shop includes individual Angus cuts and pantry products such as ground beef, bacon, sausage, and tallow when in stock.
How should I store the beef?
Keep refrigerated products cold and use promptly, or store sealed frozen packages in the freezer until you are ready to thaw them safely.

Where do you deliver?
We serve Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and nearby states. Availability and shipping options are confirmed at checkout.
How is my order packed?
Products are blast-frozen and vacuum-sealed, then packed with care to help them arrive in good condition.
