Letting Yourself Begin Again
(Without Announcing It)
Author: Farmer Kelley
This time of year doesn’t ask for a full reset.
It asks for movement.
A different choice at breakfast. A longer walk to the barn. Opening the door instead of staying inside.
I used to think change had to be dramatic to matter. Now I see it differently.
The most lasting shifts are often the simplest ones—the ones that feel natural, almost inevitable.

Not to become someone new—but to step forward as you are, with just a little more energy behind you. What is one small change you have made?
That’s more than enough.
Recipes you want to make with meats
that nourish your health.
