I will preface this announcement by saying, I am truly and holy committed to the belief that our Certified Humane rose veal is hands-down, the most regenerative beef I can produce.

But I agree that it has a more mild beef flavor and as someone who loves to nibble on the fat cap, these naturally lean cuts, leave me a little less satiated.

Because I miss a big fat ribeye and more importantly because you’ve asked for it, I am happy to report that we will be fully stocked with our traditional certified humane Angus Beef along with our line of rose view beef too.
